About Sierra Pacific
Sierra Pacific Windows is a division of Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI), a family-owned, privately held forest products company founded in 1969. The windows division was established in 1990 and is headquartered in Red Bluff, California. Sierra Pacific operates manufacturing facilities in California, Wisconsin, and Alabama, with over 2 million square feet of production space. Products are distributed through 600+ dealers and company-owned locations, with installations in 30 countries.
Sierra Pacific manufactures custom wood, aluminum-clad wood, vinyl, fiberglass, and proprietary H3 Fusion Technology windows and doors. The H3 series integrates extruded aluminum, vinyl, and solid wood into a single frame. Aluminum-clad products feature CoreGuard Plus preservative-treated wood interiors and powder-coated aluminum exteriors in 75 finish options. The parent company manages over 2.4 million acres of SFI-certified timberland, enabling vertical integration from raw timber to finished window.
Qualifying Sierra Pacific products are eligible for the federal 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit. Products must meet ENERGY STAR Most Efficient criteria (U-factor 0.20 or lower, SHGC 0.25 or lower). Some Sierra Pacific configurations achieve U-factors as low as 0.14 with triple-pane glazing. Homeowners can claim 30% of the cost of qualifying windows and skylights up to $600 per year, plus up to $500 for qualifying exterior doors ($250 per door).
UniColorado Heating & Cooling installs cold-climate heat pumps for Colorado homeowners seeking to maximize federal 25C tax credits alongside energy-efficient window and door upgrades.
