Verification Required
Submissions without verifiable proof (official manufacturer page, Energy Star listing, or IRS documentation) may not be approved. We prioritize accuracy to help homeowners claim their tax credits correctly.

If you're submitting on behalf of a manufacturer, please provide your company email address. We may contact you to verify the submission before publishing.
This form is only for submitting QMIDs you've already found. We cannot assist with equipment eligibility verification or tax advice.
